DESCRIPTION DU PROJET

The Sunflower Charitable Foundation aims to raise awareness about mental health conditions, particularly Bipolar Disorder. With the support of our ambassador, Mauritian artist Pascal Lagesse, we are planning a series of support groups.

Through the pilot project, participants will explore how Pascal’s art helped him during difficult times. The group will also experiment with creative journaling as a tool for wellness. Additionally, we hope to organize one or more sessions to discuss the legal rights of individuals facing mental health challenges, thanks to the support of a volunteer lawyer.

There will also be dedicated sessions for the families of individuals living with Bipolar Disorder. It is important not to overlook them and to empower them with tools to better support their loved ones.
