CP Family est une organisation à but non lucratif qui réunit les personnes atteintes de paralysie cérébrale, leurs familles et leurs amis. Son but est de fournir un lieu d’entraide et de soutien où les familles peuvent partager leurs expériences, exprimer leurs préoccupations et se sentir écoutées et comprises. En mobilisant les ressources disponibles à Maurice, l’association cherche à améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes concernées, en facilitant leur intégration sociale et leur accès à des outils et soins adaptés.

  • A donation of 1500Rs: a session of physiotherapy or occupational therapies or speech therapy
  • 195 000Rs: a wheelchair adapted for a beneficiary

By mobilizing available resources in Mauritius, the association strives to enhance the quality of life for those affected, facilitating their social integration and access to necessary tools and care.

OBJECTIFS

Mission :

  1. Rassembler les familles pour créer un espace d’échange et de soutien, améliorant ainsi la qualité de vie de celles touchées par la paralysie cérébrale à Maurice.
  2. Fournir des informations essentielles pour garantir une prise en charge rapide et un accompagnement optimal des personnes atteintes et de leurs proches.
  3. Sensibiliser la société mauricienne pour favoriser une meilleure intégration et un respect accru envers les personnes atteintes de paralysie cérébrale.
  4. À long terme, soutenir matériellement et financièrement les familles n’ayant pas accès aux soins et équipements nécessaires.

Mission:

  1. Unite families to create a space for exchange and support, thus improving the quality of life for those affected by cerebral palsy in Mauritius.
  2. Provide essential information to ensure quick, suitable care and optimal support for individuals with cerebral palsy and their families.
  3. Raise awareness within Mauritian society to foster greater integration and respect for individuals with cerebral palsy.
  4. In the long term, offer material and financial assistance to families who lack access to appropriate care and equipment.
